Hi, I'm Luke. I am a father of two, a rec league hockey player, and the owner/buddy of a dog named Gordie. I am also the founder and lead behavioural therapist at Mental Strength Therapy. I have twelve years of experience in mental health, and am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with a Master of Science degree.
I view therapy and consultation as a focused effort at self-improvement, situational awareness, coping, skill building, and growth as an individual, couple, or team. I rely heavily on an empathic approach to behavioural science that emphasizes development in personal contentment and calm to help cope with mental health concerns, or to help heal relationships or achieve in athletics.
